Bear (Unbelievable Cutz Owner/Master Barber) has over 15 years of barbering experience.  

Growing up, Bear followed in the footsteps of his personal mentor and father, Sarge Hollins (Big Johnny).  His father was the neighborhood barber that never accepted money, but just wanted to help out by cutting friends and family hair.  In Bear’s teenage years, he began mimicking the barbering techniques learned from his father.  His clientele early on started out with just his friends.  Bear later went on to college and became the barber for his dorm mates and football teammates.  After leaving college, he decided to attend barber school.  Barber school exposed him to additional skills that complimented what his father had already taught him.  Upon graduating from barber school, he was hired on by a major auto manufacturing company and worked there for several years.  Although he worked full-time, he continued to make time to barber on the weekends and in his free time.  In 2008, he decided to step out on God’s faith and live out his dreams of opening his own barbershop and exclusively cutting hair for a living.  Since the opening of the shop, Bear underwent a few shop name changes, but settled on the name “Unbelievable Cutz & Style” because it fully encompasses the barbershop experience.
